"Business
Eurasia” reported that the Eurasian Economic Commission has adopted regulations
concerning information exchange between the authorised authorities of the EAEU
and the EEC in the field of intellectual property rights protection.
The
document was developed pursuant to the Agreement on coordination of activities
on protection of intellectual property rights dated September 8, 2015. The
regulation establishes the procedure for information exchange between the
Commission and the authorised authorities of the Member States and operational
measures regarding compliance with intellectual property rights in the Member
States.
"Business
Eurasia” contacted Acting Director of the Labour Migration Department Samat
Aliyev for explanations about the mechanism of interaction between the Member
States of the EAEU and their prompt response. He stated that the functions of
EEC include, inter alia, the creation of conditions for the protection of
intellectual property rights in the Eurasian Economic Union. As it turned out,
the process differs little from the process that already exists in a given
State.
Interview of the Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the EEC Adamkul Zhunusov to Zvyazda: "The formation period of the EAEU common oil markets can be reduced”

| Energy and infrastructure
The
establishment of the Eurasian Union is primarily an economic step. If the
common markets are formed properly, they can earn the participating countries
profit, which would not be possible for single players. For example, the total
effect of the creation of the common market of oil and petroleum products
within the EAEU within five years will be from 5 to 8 billion USD. This is
according to research by the Institute for Economic Strategies of the Russian
Academy of Sciences. Based on its research, a draft Concept of the formation of
the EAEU common markets of oil and petroleum products was drawn up, which was
adopted by the Intergovernmental Council of the Union this year. The deadline
for their creation is January 1, 2025. Almost another 10 years. But is it
possible to speed up the process? Adamkul ZHUNUSOV, Member of the Board -
Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic
Commission answered this question specially for CE.

The
functioning of internal markets of the EAEU countries without barriers,

especially given the fact that the heads of the Member States of the Union

proactive action in this direction. In the interview with Karine Minasyan,
Member of the Board - Minister of the EEC responsible for the functioning of the internal market
without barriers, exceptions and limitations, we decided to find out what The
