During the meeting the Parties highlighted the importance of interaction on the Eurasian integration issues in order to develop mutually advantageous commercial and economic cooperation between the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space countries and Armenia.

During his work visit to the Chelyabinsk Region the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board Viktor Khristenko delivered a speech at the Jubilee Conference of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Chelyabinsk Region, dedicated to the 20^th anniversary of the organization.

On April 4, in Chelyabinsk, Chairman of the EEC Board Viktor Khristenko delivered a speech at the South Ural State University (SUSU) within the framework of the open seminar Experience in the Large System Management.

On April 2, in New Delhi, Chairman of the EEC Board Viktor Khristenko had a meeting with Minister of Industry and Trade of India Anand Sharma. At the meeting they discussed the issues of trade and economic cooperation between the CU countries and India.

On March 28 during their visit to Vietnam Chairman of the EEC Board Viktor Khristenko and Member of the Board (Minister) of the EEC for Trade Andrey Slepnev had a meeting with Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung and Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam Vu Hoang.

On March 20, the Advisory Council on Interaction of the Eurasian Economic Commission and Belarus-Kazakhstan-Russia Business Dialogue held its first session in Moscow.

On March 19, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) became venue of the meeting between Viktor Khristenko, Chairman of the EEC Board, and Boyko Kotzev, Bulgaria Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation. The meeting was dedicated to discussing key tasks of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space development, prospective participation in Eurasian integration of other CIS Member-States and trade and economic cooperation of the CU Member-States and Bulgaria.

On March 13, Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) became venue of the meeting between Viktor Khristenko, Chairman of the EEC Board, and Hamish Cooper, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of New Zealand to Russia, pluralistically accredited for the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and some other CIS states.

On January 31, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) held its regular meeting to discuss various issues in the field of trade, customs cooperation, technical regulation, energy and infrastructure.
