Wasilya Tuleuovna Baikadamova
was born on December 21, 1972 in Karaganda (Kazakhstan). In 1993, she graduated
from the Kazakhstan Institute of Consumer Cooperation, in 1999 - from the
Modern Humanitarian Institute, in 2018 - from the Financial Academy.
From 1993 to 2008, she worked
in the tax authorities of Karaganda and Astana, including in the tax policy
department of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
In 2008-2010, she held various
positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2010, she was Deputy
Director of Trade Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development
and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2011, she was Director of
the Financial Department of Nadloc National Agency for the Development of Local
Content, JSC.
From 2013 to 2019, she was
Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Foreign Trade, and
then - Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019-2021, she was Director
of Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the
Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 18, 2021, she
was appointed Deputy Director of the Department for Customs Tariff and
Non-Tariff Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
